Shipping services for destinations within Turkey

The preparation time for your orders is 1-3 business days. It may take 4-5 days to reach you. This period may be extended by 1-3 days, depending on the stock situation, the season, and the cargo company's workload. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Shipments cannot be made on public holidays. Shipments within Turkey are only made with our contracted cargo, MNG Cargo. There is no shipping fee for shipments within Turkey. In addition, you can send your return cargo to us free of charge with MNG cargo. For shipments other than MNG cargo, the shipping fee must be paid by you.

Shipping services from Turkey to another country

For international shipments (shipping from Turkey to another country), the preparation time for your orders is 1-3 business days. It usually takes 7-12 days to reach you. The shipping time for international shipments depends on our contracted cargo company, UPS Cargo. This period may be extended by 1-3 days, depending on the stock situation, the season, and the cargo company's workload. Shipments cannot be made on public holidays. We provide international shipping services from Turkey to over 30 locations. You will not pay any shipping fee for international shipments. Shipping is completely free. However, you must pay  the return shipping fee, taxes, and all other costs regarding the return process.

You can return the products you have purchased on Lentamoda.com within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order, provided that the following return conditions are met. After the product inspection, information about whether the return has been approved will be sent to your account.

Return Policy

- The product must be sent complete with all the apparatus.

- The product's security tag must not be removed

- The product should not have any odour.

- There should be no tearing, wear and dirt on the product due to use.

- The product should not be damaged while wearing the dress.

- To avoid damaging the product during shipping, it must be returned with the box sent to you.

- The product must be sent with its invoice for the return process.

- The shipments made with companies other than the contracted cargo companies will not be accepted (MNG Cargo in Turkey and UPS Cargo in other countries).

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and all other costs for international returns from any country to Turkey.

- With MNG Cargo, you can return your returns free of charge in Turkey. Shipments made with a cargo firm other than MNG Cargo in Turkey will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

- The product to be returned must be delivered to us within ten days (this period includes the delivery time to us and the time spent in transportation) from the notification of the withdrawal request to us; otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

- After the product(s) to be returned reaches us, your product will be examined. If the necessary conditions are met, the return payment will be made to you within fourteen (14) days.
