You can return the products you have purchased on Lentamoda.com within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order, provided that the following return conditions are met. After the product inspection, information about whether the return has been approved will be sent to your account.
Return Policy
- The product must be sent complete with all the apparatus.
- The product's security tag must not be removed
- The product should not have any odour.
- There should be no tearing, wear and dirt on the product due to use.
- The product should not be damaged while wearing the dress.
- To avoid damaging the product during shipping, it must be returned with the box sent to you.
- The product must be sent with its invoice for the return process.
- The shipments made with companies other than the contracted cargo companies will not be accepted (MNG Cargo in Turkey and UPS Cargo in other countries).
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and all other costs for international returns from any country to Turkey.
- With MNG Cargo, you can return your returns free of charge in Turkey. Shipments made with a cargo firm other than MNG Cargo in Turkey will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- The product to be returned must be delivered to us within ten days (this period includes the delivery time to us and the time spent in transportation) from the notification of the withdrawal request to us; otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
- After the product(s) to be returned reaches us, your product will be examined. If the necessary conditions are met, the return payment will be made to you within fourteen (14) days.
